Room Rates -

En-Suite Single from £35.00

En-Suite Double Room or Twin Room £54.00 based on two sharing.

Prices include full breakfast and are per room per night

Short Breaks - Between November and March excluding Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.

2 Night Break – Bed & Breakfast £50 per person based on 2 sharing.

3 Night Break - Bed & Breakfast £72 per person based on 2 sharing.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

To secure a reservation a deposit equal to the cost of the first night is required, and is payable by cheque drawn on a UK bank account.

Cancellations

Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up to 7 days before the day of arrival.

When a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the day of arrival or by non-arrival, you will be required to pay a cancellation charge equal to the night(s) booked at the rate quoted. Refunds can only be made if the room is re-sold.

Please ensure you hold sufficient holiday insurance to cover the eventuality of cancelling your reservation.
